Diving into our data:  completing a school wide "data dig" where we look at results from 4th and 5th and address student needs. With the lower grades we will use guided reading data to collaboratively come up with our SMART goals for the 2019-2020 school year.<br>3. Providing proper PLC training to our faculty to instill norms and come up with a schedule where at least one administrator is available to attend to hold our teachers accountable for using the data, the TEKS, and planning guides from the HUB. </div>]]></description>
