The bigger problem has been the low speaking level of the pupils and this made hard for them to understand some concepts. I applied the project in 4th grade; they have a very basic knowledge of English, although the vocabulary and structures were simple, they had to do a big effort.
They loved doing the surveys in particular, but they liked the rest of tasks as well.
For me it has been positive to be able to work with half group.
The experience has been positive for both, children and me.
