  • Collect all food producs

    1. Find a skillet
    2. Turn on gas grill to medium
    3. Place Pan on burner
    4. While pan is warming – butter both side of wheat bread

    When pan is warm place one slice of bread into pan

    Place cheese, tomato, and the avocado onto one side of the bread

    Then place the 2nd slice of bread onto the toppings

    Let sit until cheese begins to melt – may take up to five minutes 

    Use spatula to check the bottom side of the bread for your particular doneness level

    Smooch the bread together and then onto next step

    Flip sandwich with spatula very carefully
