- having all or most centres come together by being under the same anchor operators such as mfs, to make sure that all children receive the same quality education as the kther centres. This also ensures that the parents of the children can afford the school fees and they need not worry about their children lagging behind other centres. 

-Childcare centres can improve or meet the expectations of parents by involving parents. Parents usually would like educators to be open, to let them know what is happening with their child no matter how small the matter is. They would also like to be reassured by the educators and be informed of their child's current progress and what they can do at home with their child in order to be more involved and have an insight on how the child is learning. 

- There is a problem with the manpower in childcare centres because there is the "playschool educators are babysitters" stereotype and the job is seen as dirty, and not as nice as other jobs such as a doctor. To help with this, the government has interviewed educators to let the public be able to know more on the jobs of teachers. For example, ECDA can have a monthly Board of directors meeting with the principals of the different kindergartens to discuss on funding, any problems faced in the childcare and ect. ECDA can also hire more staff to tackle with manpower issues. Theres a stigma that being an EC teacher is a 'dirty' job and its just glorified babysitting. By removing the stigma, it will attract more youths to take up the job.

2. ECDA and the adult figures inside the EC industry. eg teachers and the principal. Parents can also help by assisting the teachers and informing them on the particulars of the child. 

3. It is important to overcome these challenges so that the EC teachers would have the proper techniques and teaching methods to teach the children.
