It also a bit scarier than Rio2. The people get eaten by the shark and many people die in the story. People also die in Rio2. The people only get swallowed by snake. Only one person get swallowed. However, Rio2 shows a real facts of snake and birds. It just Jaws isn't as real as Rio2. Shark didn't eat human but maybe some of them attack because they feel harmed. Finally, I think Rio2 storyline is as amazing as Jaws. They both have a great storyline. Both them are really good movies with good plots. Penguins of Madagascar is not as scary as Jaws which i like i'm not a big fan of ocean creatures. Even though Jaws is a lot more realistic than Penguins of Madagascar, the penguin movie is more suitable for all ages. One has events that might happen in real life, and the other that is much of a fantasy. here are some comparable elements between the two movies
the characters' bad decisions
We can see that in a way, the main and main support of the characters in both movies make quite bad decision. in Jaws, everyone panics to get out of the water, after hearing the screams of a child. when everyone is out, a boy named Ale  is suspected to be eaten by a shark, as the float bed he used was thrown to shore with some blood smothered on it and torn to pieces. despite having clear evidence, the mayor refuses to close the beach.
however, i must say that in Pet Sematary, the decisions made by the main character(s) were far more worse. despite knowing about a graveyard containing soil that can "resurrect the dead" but makes an organism behave in a very different character and a violent demeanour , Louis, the dad of his dead daughter, Ellie, ignores this fact and proceeds to bury his daughter in the soil, just to see his daughter to be animated again. he had known that the soil is no good, as he had buried their cat, Church, in the soil once, only to see him back in a very hostile character.

Louis of Pet sematary wins the award of making bad decisions between the two. yattaaaa.
i think compared to Pet Sematary, the characters in Jaws had a better logical thinking and decision making.

thrill and horror
Pet Sematary and Jaws are both movies to get your adrenalines rushing. compared to Jaws, i think Pet Sematary did a better job to get the scream points from their audience. from the suspense to the scares, i think if you'd like t have a good time for cold feet once in a while, Pet Sematary is a go-to

overall, i couldn't decide between one of the movies because one movie fills in the hole the other has. They're both nice choices if you want to watch a no-brainer horror. if you'd like a slow-paced thriller, you might want to sit back and turn on Jaws. however, if you're looking forward for the suspense and heart beating horror that Pet Sematary proposes, that'd be a good idea as well.]]> 2021-02-14 12:10:30 UTC https://padlet.com/nshrhkhan/5z2q66wq9cbksj4n/wish/1200954939 https://padlet.com/nshrhkhan/5z2q66wq9cbksj4n/wish/1205425839 Soooo here's my opinion on these two movies but first lets get this right out of the way....*Inhales* The MEG is better in my opinion and I'll tell you why in a bit.

-Reasons why I like The MEG the most

In the MEG it shows a Megalodon which translates to big tooth and it's a lot more dreadful and fright inducing then Jaws because the giant shark was 50ft long, its fast and it's bite force is a lot more stronger then a Trex soo theres no chance that the Jaws great white shark and fight his big fella. But not only that there TWO?! TWO OF THESE MEGS?! Yup im never ever going to beyong the reef. Anyways in the MEG this person has to go down the Mariana Trench which is the deepest part in the ocean to save the workers who was trapped down there and as he descent  in the deep dark ocean and he goes through miss and he sees life under it. There was prehistoric fish and coral ever where. As he was going towards the damage vessel, the workers sees that something huge on their radar coming at them. It's very fast but the person who came to rescue them distract the beast using the underwater beacons and immediately connects his submarine the workers and they get on as quickly as possible but the beast was now coming for them...but sadly one of the workers sacrifice he's life to save the rest by closing the hatch and turning on their flood lights hopefully getting the  beast's attention and it did.. The beast's rammed into the the vessel exploding it the submarine in the process. The other team made it out alive but soon discovers what was that beast. It was a Megalodon and it some how made it out of that miss and now its on a killing spree.  To me The MEG had like token the jaws movie ,  polished it,  used modern CGI and etc and made it overall a good movie and yeah the characters in the movie did some wacky stuff but at least some made it out alive. The MEG and Jaws are true masterpieces to me and i like them both but I'd still prefer the MEG more....

Overall The MEG very good and definitely as good as Jaws.


Fun fact: Did you know shark in Jaws was an animatronic? The creators spent a lot on the shark animatronic alone and it broke down so many time because it was submerged underwater
