We believe we have a great group, great students great practice etc. But could build onopportunity  for cross discipline working.  This needs to be facilitated and fully resourced for success. 
Ensuring that cross discipline (GH/ UIB/ BS) working is practical and respectful but still maintains rigorous academic standards.
In the strategic vision Kamal highlighted some interesting points. We are unclear to what extent we are focussing on academic rigour/ research, to what extent we are a teaching institution (will we remain so) and to what extent are we a 'one stop shop'?

Many of the issues being identified by ‘fearful staff/students’ are very similar, particularly open plan working and parking issues!! DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE CULTURAL CHANGE PROGRAMME REQUIRED. This is of course a great catalyst for change (renewal) for the entire Business School - including the ramifications for the teams remaining at the Park - not much being said about the post move plans.
