I think that it is very important to learn CPR and First Aid because you will need it for many things in the future, including your job, an emergency, and many more. The most important thing I have learned in the last week was the steps of CPR and First Aid. Although I am already certified, it was a great refresher and learning experience. On a scale from 1-10, I would be a 9 on confidence to perform CPR because I understand it and could easily perform it on someone when needed. The topic I would pick for next class would be violence and consequences because I think it it very interesting to learn about criminals and criminal justice.

1. Yes, I do think it’s necessary to learn CPR/First Aid. Even though the chances of actually having to perform it in a life or death situation are slim, it’s always better to be safe than sorry. Learning CPR/First Aid is perhaps one of the most important skills to learn, because it could save someone’s life.

2. The most important thing I learned this past week was what to do in emergency situations. This includes assessing the situation and knowing when to perform CPR. The group presentations we did in class on specific medical emergencies helped with this, especially the ones that covered common emergencies like allergic reactions.

3. After reviewing the material and completing the CPR assessment, I feel very confident in my skills. I believe that I will be able to remain calm in an emergency situation and remember all the steps to CPR.

4. If I could pick any topic to learn, I’d choose Sex education, because I don’t know as much as I should about the topic and I know that other students don’t either.

I think it is necessary to learn CPR/FIRST AID because there may be an unexpected accident. If no one knows how to do CPR then that person will die. The most important thing I've learned is CPR for everyone (infants, kids, and adults). If one of my family members suddenly have a heart attack, I'll be able to help them. My confidence in CPR is high now since I've been practicing a lot. If I could pick any topic to learn next class, I would pick learning about your health.

Yes I think it is necessary to learn CPR/FIRST AID because then you will know what to do if you are ever in a real situation where you have to do it. The most important thing I learned in the last two weeks was how to do CPR because I will now be able to do it in the future. I feel very confident in my CPR skills now. If I could pick any topic to learn about I might want to learn more about first aid and medical things.

The most Important Thing I learned these past 2 weeks is how to use an AED machine and save myself if I am alone and choking
3. I feel pretty confident about my ability to perform CPR because it is pretty easy when you try and you need it to save peopl’s lives.
4. I would chose to learn about First Aid that doesn’t deal with people choking like cuts,Burns, or bites

It is necessary to learn CPR because we will use it one day. And the most important thing that I have learned in past 2 or 3 weeks is that we can literally help someone to survive by just doing this simple thing and, the important thing we do in CPR is compression because we force the air in the lungs to go in the body . I am a little more confident about my CPR skill. The topic that we should start learning from the next class is how can we save ourselves from being sick! ✌🏻
