Freddie Mercury
From the objective indicator, Freddie is already a successful singer although he passed away when he was still in his prime time. However, his true career success is his own feeling of satisfactions. He would love to have a bigger crowd as he said ‘the bigger, the better’ and there he has it. More than 500,000 people attended every concert the band, Queen held every times. Not only that, Freddie also achieved a feeling of accomplishments as his songs have continued to be called the best musical creations of all times, even after his death. Nothing could stop the spread of Freddie Mercury and Queen’s fame across the global. That is his true career success in term of subjective indicators.

John Deacon
Deacon’s true success is also his own feeling of satisfactions. We can know, from the documentary, Deacon left the industry after the death of their lead vocalist. He is no longer in the music industry anymore and even their bandmates have not heard a squeak from Deacon. It as if Deacon has accomplished his own success when he gets to play bass guitarist for Freddie Mercury and Queen. Even the Queen members knew how close Deacon was to Freddie and the difficulty he faced after his death. We can conclude that his satisfaction to be in Queen, together with Freddie, is his career success.

Brian May
Having PhD could be considered a successful career in one’s life. But for May, maybe astrophysics is not really his thing so he joined the Queen as their lead guitarist. His burning passion for Queen is his own career success. His feelings of satisfactions and accomplishments with Queen never stopped even after the death of Freddie. Unlike Deacon, he believes that Queen will be back on stage again and yes, after almost 3 decades, Queen is back on stage, with Adam Lambert as their new lead vocalist. To him, the show must go on, with or without Freddie. That is his career success.

Roger Taylor
For Taylor, being the drummer in Queen, then being one of the well-known bands across the world is his feelings of accomplishments. Even before Queen, he has his passion being drummer and rock n’ roll in his veins. Like May, he never thought that Queen will be back performing on stage, with their own new vocalist. Now, that Queen is back on stage, Roger accomplishes a new satisfaction as he gets to performed again on the stage in a modern era of rock n’ roll. Who would have thought that even after almost 50 years, Taylor still can rock the stage? That is his career success.

What is success?

Queen
Their motto was to always be bigger and better. They pushed themselves to their limit and never rest although they achieved what people call success. They worked and toured their butts off to achieved a greater success. This perfectionist tendency tend to help in creating a great musician like Queen who can play as well or better live than in studio. Queen also became even more successful in the eye of the world because each members keep encouraging each other to be a song writer. In my opinion, the bond and faith they have in each other help them to keep being motivated on doing whatever they like that lead to the success of their group till this day or even after John Deacon walked away from the band and the business, there’s only well wishes for him from the remaining two member, Brian May and Roger Taylor.

Freddie Mercury
In my opinion, Freddie Mercury’s attitude and feeling towards music made him become one of the greatest frontmen in the history of rock music. Instead of money, the success and the wish to be remembered with good music kept Queen and Freddie Mercury pushing them to become a successful musician that can capture the heart of the audience with their music. The sincerity towards music made them still being remembered till this day. For example, Bohemian Rhapsody which was Freddie’s confessional. This song held a greatest meaning and become the world masterpiece of imagination and capture the heart of people all around the world and the road to their success.

Brian May
His thought of success about love and commitment between group member hit me the most. An individual can achieve success all by themselves but a group can achieve success when they work together and understand each other. A group with a great bond can keep each other motivated so that they can achieve success together. This can be seen when Queen was still exist till days because Brian May and Roger was still there. Not only that, when they added Adam Lambert as the new member, they never thought to compare Adam with Freddie Mercury. He even reach out to Adam Lambert although the controversies around Adam because what he cares is the talent that Adam’s possessed.

Roger Taylor
His believe that Queen will still keep going and achieved success even though people keep saying that there will be no Queen when Freddie Mercury passed away was the road of success for him. In my opinion, keep in believing when others tell you will fail will keep you motivate to prove their wrongness. Believe in what we are doing. There will a road of success that will be opening.

John Deacon
In my opinion, the choice of John Deacon choose to leave Queen might be hurtful to the fans but it doesn’t mean there will be no success for him anymore. But his faithfulness towards Freddie Mercury shows his commitment towards the group although his thought about there will be no point of continuing Queen and music might hurt the remaining member and fans. But it’s sure that there will be success for him outside of the music indusrty.

He also managed to influence the audiences to sing a song together with him during the live performed . even though he has died his songs are still remembered by his fans. the most success mean to Freddie is when the song he sing are remembered by people until now and all people know about their band. this mean he success sing their songs.

John Deacon
the success in John is when he can increase his talent in rock music. the most good thing and success that for John is when he can help the band become a famous rock band.

Brian May
in my opinion, success mean for Brian is when he can build the successful and famous vocalist Freddie Mercury. He can build the rock band more popular even though many new general music now. This show he success to maintain the rock general and people always remember their songs and band. Brian is person who never give up even though their band is not active after their vocalist death. Brian real success was when he managed to resurrect and re-form the queen band after lead singers pass away and was inactive for long time in the music industry.

Roger Taylor
In my opinion, success is when he able to produce song that can appeal to many audiences of various ages. Besides, they also able to ensure that the group still relevant in rock music and fight until their band remembered by the public. the real success for Roger is he still able to rock on stage and enjoying play guitar and their bans can survive even though rock music not so famous nowndays. other that their their band still know even though they haven't performed live for long time.

Freddie Mercury
From my opinion, Freddie succeed vocalist for the Queen band. His success can't even been described until he did a huge influence towards audience. He becomes the greatest influence for himself. Despite his limited formal musical training, lack of conventional good looks, and British racism, his intense introspection went far beyond what anyone who knew him could have imagined. It helped him to develop new ideas for his own. Freddie always stick with his own creation as "If you do things like other people in the industry, you won't be creating any real change or any real value". Freddie always like connect and communicate with audience whenever he on stage. he bring up voice out to sing along with him. This made Freddie gain unlimited fans towards the him and Queen.

Brian May
In my opinion, Brian May backup up his success with one word as "Love". He is a world-renowned guitarist. For him, teamwork from Queen is the one made everyone gets viral and gain fans. He said Freddie commitment towards Queen bring it fire up. But when after Freddie passed away the Queen didn't fall down but instead it fire up again with new singer of Adam Lambert. For him, the teamwork and love toward the passion can bring always high.

Roger Taylor
He is a good drummer in the band of Queen. He keep says that even though Freddie is not there, Queen still goin to moves forwards with other singer but can't promise that can get as Freddie. In my opinion, Roger Taylor is the person who has self confident as without anyone here still can bring Queen to top.

John Deacon.
John help in Queen as a bass guitarist. From my opinion, John is the person who well knowledge about the equipment that using for Queen band. He keep supports his band. John teamwork also gives a huge support to Queen.

He doesn't care about others things but he always give surprise performance and he trying to improve the training in singer. He make big performance even though he have disease but he still make the Queen can perform, can communicate with audiences, and have good relationship with his member group.

John Deacon
John is best successful guitarist in Queen band and can get along with group member. Despite the fact that he left Queen after Freddie's death, he remains in contact with the members and manages the group's finances.

Freddie Mercury
In my opinion, the success that Freddie Mercury got was when the song sung by him was responded to by hundreds of thousands of viewers. The audience can find out his song by following him singing During the live concert. When he and his band held a concert, it was sure to get an incredible response from his fans. He always does something different during his concerts to satisfy his fans who already support him. So, fan support in terms of accepting Freddie's talent is a success for him.

John Deacon
In my opinion, John was a good guitarist in his band. He was also the one who raised the popularity of his group to become a more famous group. John has produced a song for his band. The song created by John has always received a response from his fans. This shows, John also managed to increase the number of his viewers and fans through the attraction of the song created by him.

Brian May
In my opinion, Brian May is a well-known guitarist and cares about team spirit. Brian has made their rock bands increasingly popular and is increasing the number of viewers who can receive rock songs. Although the original singer of their band had died, Brian was able to raise the Queen's band in the same field of rock. Brian doesn't give up easily when the lead singer is dead, but they have a replacement for the talented original singer Adam. So, Brian's success was when he was able to re-lift their rock band in the spirit of inter-band collaboration.

Roger Taylor
In my opinion, Roger Taylor is a brilliant drummer and he is not an easy give-up man. He believes that even if Freddie is dead, Freddie's omission will not be the cause that will cause his band to be forgotten by his fans. He is confident that the Queen will move forward with having a good singer who can replace Freddie's place. Here can see, that Roger Taylor is not an easy give-up person and does not give up easily. He was always keen to continue advancing their rock band even though the original singer was dead.

Queen
- Queen were formed in London in 1970 by Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon. Their earliest works were influenced by progressive rock, hard rock and heavy metal. By the early 1980s, Queen were one of the biggest stadium rock bands in the world. Their 1981 compilation album Greatest Hits is the best-selling album in the UK. They have their on goals that are used as a motto for them to achieve success.
Freddie Mercury
- Freddie Mercury was a British singer and songwriter, who achieved worldwide fame as the lead vocalist of the rock band Queen. Regarded as one of the greatest singers in the history of rock music, he was known for his flamboyant stage persona and four-octave vocal range. His charismatic stage performances often saw him interact with the audience, as displayed at the 1985 Live Aid concert. Joined Queen in 1971 on the strength of his musical and electronic skills. From the third album, Sheer Heart Attack, onwards, he wrote at least one song per album. "Another One Bites The Dust" (1980) was based on his early love of soul.Deacon was selected for his musical talent, his quiet demeanour and his electrical skills. The song saw radio play on both black and white US music stations, quickly becoming one of the band's bestselling singles.
