Besides that, I also learned how to promote products on social sites such as Facebook and so on to attract customers to buy our products.

I am also aware that cooperation in the group is very important to succeed in the mission and vision of our group such as achieving the sales target in one batch.

With the cooperation between group members, we are able to sell products according to the specified target.

The process of getting a customer to buy could be said to be in the middle, which means sometimes it is easy sometimes you need to try harder in promoting your product. For our product, the platform that we use is Facebook and Instagram to grain followers and buyer. However, most of our customer prefer to contact us through WhatsApp as it is easier to get information. In addition, there are times where we encounter customer that give fake hope towards us. For example, a customer ask whether we could send the product by post to Miri as he is interested to buy but the once we had given our answer by saying yes but then need to pay for the postage, the customer suddenly said that he is not interested anymore in buying our product. This is an experience that I gained in dealing with customer.

Next experience is that, at the end of our selling which we then divided the money in order to give back to each member, me and my partner “Shamira” encounter the feeling of stress as we were calculating the money to see if the money is balance. However, when we did the calculation for early investment for each member and profit in order to return their money, we found that our money was not balanced as we are short of RM30. For this, I could said that this experience does give the feel of giving up recalculating and tend to just sacrifice my own income for another member. However, my partner Shamira said that it is better to just cut our RM8 from every member so that it is fair and square. The reason of short money is because we spend more in Batch 3 in order to get the stock from supplier but our profit from Batch 3 and Batch 4 sales drop as my team change seller as there is a complaint from customer saying that our popia taste does not taste as nice as batch 1 previously. For our Batch 1 and Batch 2, our profit is fixed RM5 for every sales however, in Batch 3 and Batch 4, our profit are not fix and we tend to get lesser than Batch 1 and Batch 2. Therefore, it could be said that due to the shirt money in the end is because of the price that were needed to be paid in Batch 3 and Batch 4 is the cause of short RM30.

In conclusion, I could said that this is a good experience which could make us understand and open our eyes that business is not as easy as we think. This is because we could experience the shortage of money which makes the credit and debit nit balance, the satisfaction of customer and the feeling of being given hope but in the end turn into fake hope. Therefore, for overall of this project, I could said that my team had done a good job in promoting and working as a team to get this done.

        In addition, I designed a poster that effectively communicated our business's message and values. Not to forgot, working with my team was an invaluable experience. We were able to learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses, and we were able to support each other throughout the process. I was impressed by the creativity and dedication of my team members, and I believe that our collaboration was key to our success in the business we were doing.

     Through the experience running a business , I’ve learned about the importance of networking and building relationships. Building a strong network of contacts and partners can help you to access new opportunities and to overcome challenges.

To summarized ,I enjoyed from running a business in this course and learned a lot from it. I think the skills and knowledge I gained will help me in the future.
