Mae Ysgol Tryfan yn DEULU ac mae holl aelodau’r teulu’n gweithio tuag at yr un amcan sef creu amgylchedd hapus sy’n cefnogi ac yn ysbrydoli. 
Rhoddwn bwyslais ar bwysigrwydd pob un disgybl unigol o fewn yr ysgol gan arddel disgwyliadau uchel o ran safonau ac ymdrech. Manteisiwn ar bob cyfle i ddatblygu hunan barch a pharch at eraill, lles personol,  hyder a dyfalbarhad gan arfogi ein plant i gyflawni a llwyddo mewn bywyd. 
Ceisiwn ddarparu cwricwlwm ysgol sy’n hygyrch, cynhwysol a theg i bawb. Cynigiwn brofiadau cyfoethog mewn ffyrdd hwyliog ac ysbrydoledig gyda chyfleoedd ar gyfer arloesi, creadigrwydd, meddwl yn feirniadol a dysgu o gamgymeriadau.  Rhoddwn amodau ac adnoddau i ddysgwyr ddysgu drwy amrywiaeth o ddulliau gan ddatblygu annibyniaeth, sgiliau digidol a’r gallu i weithio’n effeithiol fel tim.
Ymfalchïwn yn ein cyfraniad i’n bro a’i diwylliant ac i'r byd eang. Dathlwn ein Cymreictod a’n gallu i ddatblygu’n ddinasyddion gwybodus, dwyieithog hyderus.
