The monitoring of the site is a good idea to avoid negative thoughts and bullying. The parents area is strong feature for adding knowledge so instead of just telling you are also advising for the future.

Having areas for giving advice but also giving users knowledge is an area which is the strongest and adds to the more personal touch as its less like a forum when users are able to talk to each other on one to ones. 

Again i may need to rethink the location based/meet ups.
