Schedule any staff that aren’t working already (this is per Brandy and Gina, if you work at another job let me know, otherwise plan to help work this)

There will be many children's activities coming up, Teresa will have flyers and dates to you ASAP.

Halloween Carnival is Tuesday October 27 Plan to work this as well. This is going to be run by us, the city, and Youth City. Events will be here at SMCC and outside the Unity building. We will be giving wristbands to everyone who comes in. More specific information to come.

Outdoor soccer starts next week and goes through Oct 17. Katie should have a binder for the front desk tomorrow afternoon with information for parents. Games are here on Wednesdays and at NW on Saturdays.

Jr. Jazz registration is open in SportsMan. We are trying to wait until next week when we have all the information and vouchers for the parents, but if they want to register now let them. There will be a specific information sheet that needs to be given to the parents (different age groups may play at different centers, so this is very important). You will also be responsible for giving the patrons their vouchers for the Jazz game (there is a reminder set up in SportsMan already, and we are working on getting a spot for you to date and initial when you gave them the vouchers).

Softball clinic October 7 and 8 (you should already know about this one). Make sure you are giving the information sheets (they are purple) to anyone who signs up please.

Sharee needs an extra staff member to help with Wiffleball on Tues and Thurs nights from 5:30-6:30. Since we have 2 people at the front desk in the evenings we will have one of you go. You can trade off, or one of you can go every week. Whatever works for you, just make sure one of you is at the Sandlot to help.

Private swim lessons will be coming in October-Sharee will get you the information ASAP. Adults will be welcome to sign up for these.

We have 5 new lifeguards on staff, try to catch up with them and introduce yourselves.

We will have Babysitter Boot Camp on October 24 from 3-9 pm. Forms will be available ASAP, and Teresa will get it set up in Sportsman.

I know this is a lot of information. Just hang in there and remember everything you need is available at the desk and/or on the flyers.
