When using technology it is so important to make sure that it is adding to the content, not just acting as a place holder. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The word I kept seeing over and over again was CHANGE. Not only do we have to change the educational model that we are use to, we have to CHANGE our mindset. Even something as simple as the vocabulary we use to describe an assignment can change the way we approach or view the content.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The concept of <em>how</em> technology is used I thought was important.  Uploading a pdf to Google Classroom is not going to enhance student learning.  Technology integration should be thoughtful and meaningful, not just replacement (and I am just as guilty of this as anyone else).</div>]]></description>

It is going to take admin seeing the value and mandating some serious change for teachers to even attempt learning and trying new things. They don't see the need/value of bucking against the industrial revolution era education system (per Kasey Bell). </div>]]></description>
