In this image, we can appreciate a music sheet, which has many similarities to modern day ones. However, certain elements are quite different, such as the "G key" –barely visible–, which later on was adorned until it deformed to the one we know today. 🎼 Another interesting element are the drop caps, which is prioritized over the pentagram itself.

This book elaborates on the use of the Gamut system, which is an antecessor of today's scales. This system was originated and popularized in Italy by Guido D'Arezzo during the Renaissance, which is why in the Seventeenth Century it was the main system to learn, study and understand music and scales.

This last book is similar to the first one. However, in this one, drop capitals are styled in a more detailed manner, which reminisces to Medieval books. Furthermore, what I find quite interesting is that the psalms are accommodated similarly to Gregorian chants, despite being written in a pentagram.
