These are the ones that I think is really needed especially in college. Without these, I think I would not be able to survive because I tend to panic or feel lost especially when I am stressed or under pressure. I am glad and proud of myself for being able to improve because I also know that I would still be able to use these in the future. I really hope that I would not lose motivation and just keep on building a better version of me.

In our school, formation could also mean that the Ignatian values must be instilled in every student so that we would be called "true Ateneans". 

For the second question, my answer was 50/50. Yes, I can say that I have allowed myself to be formed (but not totally) in Ateneo since I have grown and learned a lot here, especially in college. I allowed myself to experience things that I have never done before, and I am really glad that I went out of my comfort zone. However, I also have different practices that were not taught in our school, which completes my total present form. Overall, a big part of me was really influenced by Ateneo especially when it comes to values. I am really thankful that I literally grew up here and had a lot of unforgettable moments.
