         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Milgram Experiment was an experiment on obedience&nbsp;to authority figures it was a series of social psychology experiments conducted by Yale University.          <title>The Abilene Paradox</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Abilene Paradox is where a group of people all decide on what to do that is opposed to the wishes of many of the individuals in the group. The Abilene Paradox involves a breakdown of communication between each member where each individual member mistakenly believes that their own wish counters to the group's wishes, which causes them to withdraw their objections and not speak out.</p><p>Example in society:</p><p>Own example: Me and my mates discuss the options to either go fishing or snorkeling.
