         <description><![CDATA[<div>I support my mental health by exercising and taking regular walks outside.  Going to see Sidney and giving her a big hug or sharing some Bambas (peanut puffs) that are marketed for babies but are a tasty, A+ snack for adults has become a really fun moment to laugh at how a baby human uses her little rabbit teeth to eat. I also enjoy calling family and friends for support.  I will admit that I am in an eternal battle with myself around asking for help.  I am really good about advocating for others and problem solving, but I want to continuously work to make sure I am asking for help not just when it comes to the mundane questions (how do you fill out this form?), but also when I am struggling and need someone to lean in and support me.  </div>]]></description>
