MATERIALS: Padlet, internet etc. 
WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO: each of the groups will be assigned a novel that they will have to research using some of the links on the Padlet; they will have to add to the Padlet at least 3 extra sources of info. They will have to write a 300 words summary of the novel, which they will post on the PADLET, at the top of their column. Then together, they will have to present the novel to the rest of the class: each member of the group will have to explain what they did during the group work. 
OUTCOME: Teachers will provide lot of examples of what other groups of students have done in the past. Students can choose to produce a tictoc video, or an series of infographics for an insta campaign, a dramatization of the novel, a canva presentation, a podcast, a magazine, a song, a poster, a video, a poem, a long fb post, a book review etc. Whatever they decide to produce, the presentation cannot be longer than 5 minutes. The presentation needs to convey some salient characteristics of the novel.
