 I'm going to introduce a personal process for decision making that requires me to seek at least 2 diverse opinions before committing to an option.
2. How?
I will ensure I have at least five colleagues to lean on paying particular attention to the diversity of the group.  If it is not diverse in experience, demographics and thinking styles I will seek others to add to my network.
