This is the job so cold as ice and a home that holds only broken dreams. It’s a place filled with fears of insecurities of life.
This is the job that they once called their soul, but showed them the life that should have never seen when no one supports us. They look for us as an only option when no one is there to serve them. Contract employees are just bunch of immature minds that situation force them to be in contract jobs.This is the job once surrounded by smiles, but made in tears when they go for new moves such as replacing them.
This is the job that gave a mortal wound to every contract employee despite serving without any benefits and allowances. It is a job where tears are shed in vain and job without hopes and dreams. Their life cried more than it can bear for their job to be regularized. 
The contract job is filled with darkness and gloom though it’s their last option. Are they unfortunate to work as contract employee? Its quite good for contract employees gaining experiences but that doesn’t serve the purpose in nothing rather wasting their time.
They are been cheated by respective system with old shitty mindset.  Dear contract employees be strong enough to make a move before you regret. I know how contract employees is feeling.
