I think the person should be rewarded money. They should be rewarded money because they spent time in jail upset and angry for a crime they did not even commit. After a person does their time in a jail they can not get that time of their life back so at least giving them money would make them a little happy and it is the only thing that they can really do. The person should also get a very good apologize from everyone who had apart to the person going to jail for a crime they did not commit.

- It took six years to rise serious doubting about Charles Smiths findings.
- That Sherry agreed that she injured her baby even though she know's she didn't.
- The results of the new investigation into Joshua's death were both vindicating and alarming.
- Smith has reached an incorrect solution.
- Sherry would of have never been prosecuted if the new expert evidence had been available back in 1996.
- Sherry suffers from post dramatic stress disorder.
- She has never seen Austin her remaining son.
