The articles of confederation was written by John Dickson. The propose of the document was that it was one the first u.s constitution but did not have all the needs required, so they used the mistakes from this to make the constitution with all the rights/needs in it. Some of the problems with the document was having congress had no power to raise taxes. And congress had no power regulate foreign or state trade. And finally laws had to be approved by 9-13 states for it to pass.

The Articles of Confederation was written by John Dickinson and later on was adopted by Continental Congress. The purpose of this document was to establish the functions of the National Government after it had declared independence on Great Britain. Three flaws that The Articles of Confederation had were, the Federal Hovernment was weak and had no power. Also, The Continental Congress could not pay the Revolutionary War debts. Finally the Federal Government couldn't regulate trade, tax the citizens or pass laws.

The Artical of confederation was written by John Dickinson and the contenetal congress . The purpose of this document was to establish the functions of the national goverment. A problem with this document was that there were no provision for an exutive brance to inforce the laws. Also there were no provisions for a national court system. The legislative brance had all the power in their goverment, no power to force the states to do somthing against thier will.
