It's a good hobbie. I like it very much. It's healthy and fun. All you need is an exercise mat, a Bosu ball and comfortable clothes. You can do exercise wherever you want - in your bedroom, in the living room or in a garden. You can do it in your free time. I think it's a good way to keep fit. The pop star Shakira does lots of exercise. She likes dancing, too!
