Can we get an understanding of how the new heating and cooling system works? I expected to be able to be more comfortable in my classroom with the updates, but now I actually have less control. I cannot change the temperature by even one degree. Now that it's getting chilly outside, my classroom in the morning is quite cool. Is it still a situation where we have to wait to switch the whole building to heat and can't switch back? I would just like to understand why teachers have no control of their own classroom temperatures and how the overall system functions now. Thank you! (This question is specifically about the West building; I'm not sure if the East building is the same.)

It is pretty cold in the west building, especially near windows. I still don't understand how the vanes/fan really work. I would like a few degrees of control, like we used to. Kids are wearing hoods and jackets and hats in the classroom.
