         <description><![CDATA[<div>While I was researching the problem, many people said they just ditch the umbrella and get wet. They get frustrated having to fight the umbrella. <br><br>Or, people said just point your umbrella towards the wind and it will help keep the umbrella from flipping. However, that does not always work and can still cause you to get wet. </div>]]></description>
