Cell phones have many physical and psychological effects on the human body. Cell phones can cause people to become visually impaired. Another effect includes, you lose sleep. 63% of people of ages between 18-29 are on their phones before they go to sleep. This causes people to lose sleep due to the light of their phones and they produce less melatonin. If melatonin is not produced, it becomes harder to remember information and your biorhythms become disorganized.

An effect of cell phones are getting less sleep. According to the video sixty-three percent of cell phone users eighteen to twenty-nine years old fall asleep on their cell phones. This can then lead to the decrease production of melatonin where if it is produced incorrectly can cause many complications including accumulation of toxins and the constant feeling of hunger. Less sleep can lead to your brain's inability to process information.
