Having joined the company in 2013 as a laborer, he presently assists in much of the planning, bid solicitation, and permitting processes that enable complex projects to move forward. Hugh Gaughan updates daily schedules as work progresses and meets with subcontractors to ensure that the highest level of quality control is maintained in the field. Mr. Gaughan is active with the Church of All Saints and has engaged in numerous volunteer activities over the years, from providing meals to those in need to preparing care packages that Catholic Charities sends to families worldwide. One significant volunteer project undertaken through his construction company has centered on the restoration of a former elementary school building for use as a local event center. An avid traveler, Mr. Gaughan has taken part in the French Notre Dame - Chartres Pilgrimage for the past several years. This historic three-day trek extends more than 60 miles.
