         <description><![CDATA[<div>Myth 1: Consuming insufficient protein can actually make it harder to lose weight since the nutrient helps keep you full and your metabolism boosted.<br><br>Myth 2: Soy foods, beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, whole grains and veggies all contain protein. Eating a variety of protein rich plant based foods throughout the day provides easily enough protein. They need the right combination of protein, as plant products don't normally have all the amino acids. <br><br>Myth 3: Your body can only handle a small amount of protein at one time, so it's actually better to eat protein throughout the day. </div>]]></description>
