Which gives us numbers to a pattern. The sequence can either be an adding or subtracting or multiplying/dividing pattern. You determine the pattern by figuring out what is being used. Then you create a recursive and explicit rule for each pattern. In order to do that you must find term zero. By working backwards, if you were adding you subtract to figure out the starting point. Then we started working on graphs, on how it tells us a story from a situation. You read a graph by telling what is happening.
