Hello Mdm. Agatha, my name is Noor Manisha. Today I'm going to share with you the leader that I admire the most. The leader that I love and admire is the former first lady of the United States which is Michelle Obama. Michelle Obama was born in 1964 in Chicago,Illinois. She attended Princeton University and graduated in 1985, and went on to earn a degree from Harvard Law School in 1988. The reason for me to choose her is for her strong personality. Her capacity to motivate, inspire and call others to action was rooted in her strong personality. Her character also helped her to fight for social issues, regardless of how controversial they were. She also very honest and vocal about some harsh realities faced by the minorites in America.

Her leadership style is also more to being compassionate to people from all walks of life. Before she became the First Lady, she actually was a practicing lawyer at Chicago City Hall where she fought with injustice though her work. Being a successful leader is more than just having a good business skills. We also need empathy and compassion in order to build a healthy relationship within an organization.

Michelle Obama shows her self-confident in numerous ways. Whether in her speech or encouraging women and build the self-esteem in women. Michelle never shield away from standing away from what she believed. Michelle Obama's willingness to speak for her mind goes all the way back to her college years where she criticized her professor's teaching method. She credited her family for helping her to find her "voice" at an early age. That voice would later resonate with the hearts and minds of millions of people around the world including me. These effort of her do takes time but it is worth it in life. The former First Lady's example showed that everyone matters and everyone has a voice that can change the world
