We are currently accepting applications for high school students ages 14-17 to be part of our Seed Crew summer experience! Each year, a diverse group of youth leaders work closely with one another in a 6 ½ week paid summer Seed Crew experience. During this experience, you will grow and distribute healthy food to the community in various methods, learn about the complexities of the food system, learn about social injustices, oppression, and key leadership skills. At the end of the 6 ½ week experience, you will have tools to make lasting, positive impacts in your communities and will gain newfound relationships with the land and each other. With your help we grow over 100,000 lbs of produce on our farms in Boston, Lincoln, Lynn, and Wenham, the majority of which is donated to hunger relief organizations.
