在活动开始前，有以下几点介绍。

2. 设置线上虚拟人物时的名字时请用"（公司英文名）英文名字"。

   

3. 请在活动现场前面的Guest Book上留下所属部门、姓名、职称、电子邮件。

   

4. 填写完Guest Book后前往Information展位，与翻译人员见面。

7. 活动时间为1点到4点,期间可自由交流开会,交流会议结束后便可离开Metaverse。
