Its streets are impressive. Guanajuato is also known for the mummies and the movie of "El Santo". In my opinion, it is a city that never sleeps, you will always find what to do, where to eat and where to have fun. I have many memories of Guanajuato when I was a child. I remember that when I went for the first time inside a tunnel it felt creepy, but at the same time, it felt like home. I love my state and its people.

If you look up north you will always (unless cloudy) see the volcano. There are some touristic places like the Laguna del Narajal, Laguna de Carrizalillos and Laguna de La María (yes they're all lakes) that will help you get closer to the volcano and capture a beautiful picture, like the one I shared, taken at the Laguna del Naranjal. Colima is also a state where you can drive 30 minutes south and you'll get beach, or travel 30 minutes north and get mountains.
