I work as a special education teacher in a high school that provides academic and vocational education to young students with mild learning difficulties in Kocaeli, which is adjacent to Istanbul in the west of Turkey. Hello from the Black Sea Coast! I am a teacher of English as a foreign language in a technological high school, Liceul Tehnologic Lazăr Edeleanu Năvodari, Romania. I joined this course as passinng the years, we have more and more students with special need whom we try to integrate and I would like to know more. In my class (10th grade), I have two special young men ith autism, one with ADHD and the other 27 students. These have adapted curricula, but it is very difficult for us, teachers, to know how to deal with these youngsters. One of them has a very high IQ and I would like to be able to do more for these special kids. I also learn form them daily.

Hi! I am a long experienced English teacher and recently certified Mindfulness tutor. My name is Ramona Gabriela Asan, I am 54 years old and I have been the special teacher of special children for almost 22 years.
Since September 1, 2000, I have crossed the threshold of the special classes at the “Ion Gheorghe Duca” Gymnasium School in Petroșani and I have promised to do everything I can so that my students can be appreciated and valued. Since then I have been a teacher of special pedagogy and I teach at the gymnasium.
"I.G.Duca" Gymnasium School is located in the center of Petroșani, in Hunedoara County, Romania. Our school carries out educational activities in two buildings located at a short distance from each other. The main building is on Șt.O.Iosif street, no. 4, and the second is on 1 December 1918 Boulevard. At our dear school we have students aged between 3 and 15, on the following level: preschool education, primary education, secondary education, special integrated education and additional art education.
”Ion Gheorghe Duca” Petroșani Secondary School is the largest school in the Jiu Valley, and since 2000 it has set up a special compact classes integrated in mainstream education. That's when my path to creating a more inclusive world began.
