stop accepting distractions that impact my productivity

stop being on time, but be early to work

not feeling my input isn't impotant

Thus, making my efforts feel in vain.

Not having a systematic process for the organization and restocking of materials and maintenance of the clinical space

Listening to worthless comments

Dealing with people that mean no good to the whole, or they are all about themselves

Over thinking, just do it. worrying about what others may think about me and what I said, but in the same vain excepting positive feedback of needed change I may need to improve me. No receiving the voices of negative and toxic people. Double guessing the decision made. not thinking I a equipped to do my job

Start with school calendar.

All coordinators input their major events and in between details (smaller events).

Field trips - provide a calendar of events to students and families in advance. 

Determine the duration and frequency of meetings.

I could benefit from thoroughly evaluating personnel
