Don't go into school and be nervous or overwhelmed. Go into school with your head held high, and if your nervous take deep breaths. Memorize your schedule and room numbers. Walk through the stairwell with a purpose. Passing Period is not for socializing. Don't talk back to any of your teachers or any of your peers. Make friends, smile, & stay out of trouble!

Don't panic during passing period. PLEASE don't be afraid to ask teachers or staff for help. From my own mistake, if you like someone don't immediately tell them. Think about it for a few weeks, because taking that first step immediately can make someone feel uncomfortable or confused. Don't go on your phone during class to be "cool". Pay attention to important details, and try not to zone out. DO NOT talk while the teachers are talking. It is extremely disrespectful. Keep your mask on for your safety and others. Most importantly, love yourself.
