Integrating the students different cultures into lessons is important for the students learning. But also not doing it in a way where they feel singled out.

Equity is a great way to implement learning as it allows student to share what has been taught and solidify the knowledge in their own minds while also being exposed to their classmates strengths and cultural differences.

One of the things I would implement is using her strategies of building relationships with my students, getting to know them and their backgrounds, lives, cultures and other important information about their lives outside of school to be able to teach them better

I would implement her assessment strategies; dy diversifying the assessment type it helps student to utilize their strengths at certain times and challenge them to grow at other times. If students were only given one assessment type the whole year it would cater to a specific group of students and lessen the courage of others.
