My work view is that I want to work where the culture is supportive and positive. My position should have a positive effect on the world and leave me feeling fulfilled. For example, working for a company that is a leader in pollution emissions would not be a great fit for me. My life view aligns with this because I prioritize being conscious about my effect on those around me and the environment.
