After a hard and busy day, all that you need is just to relax and sleep .Suddenly, your son comes to your bed whispering “ mommy please, I’m starving and I need som potatoes!”  In that moment, you have to thank the fast food restaurants which will prepare, cook and bring your meal to  home without  any efforts. Therefore, you realize that fast food is the night saver.

As it known, fast food is full of calories and fat in each single bite but it’s also known that you can add or replace any ingredients that are unhealthy. For example instead of eating fried chicken you can replace it with grilled chicken. Also each meal has fruits like tomatoes and vegetables like lettuce, all of them  make it healthier option. 

Now we live in a small village where the technology is everywhere. If you dream to visit Japan for example and you don’t have enough money, easily open the internet and start surfing the websites and google maps. From your home you can visit any remote country, but you cannot taste their food. So it’s now a time to kill your curiosity and try new tastes from different cultures. Fast food is not only burger it’s food prepared to cooked shortly and reflects the country culture. 

Some kinds of food need a lot of processes and takes extra efforts to prepare it. In each kitchen you will find that recipe that only grandma and elderly makes it because it’s strict and it is full of techniques. If you change or remove any ingredient, the hole recipe is failed. Like pizza from Italian cousins, the dough is very sensitive for everything even the weather , but now you find it in fast food restaurants . Another example, noodles from Asian cousins you find it with your favorite flavors without any complication. Now any meal you wish to eat it, you will find it easily in fast food restaurants. 

At the end, each one has his body and we want to keep our bodies healthy. In the same time, food is very important to our health. Sometimes, you eat something unhealthy and full of calories but also you can manage your health and fitness. Also you can discover new flavors and food from fast restaurants.
