         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Scenario:</strong> <strong>Red Cross</strong> <br><strong>Strategies: </strong><br>- Mention that a larger population who have O+ blood have donated (provide statistics)  <br>- Personal benefits of donating <br>- O+ blood type is a universal donator, and the blood they donate may one day even help their family members <br> - Close to proximity (donation stations are nearby), provides convenience <br>-  Ask people if they have already donated blood before and persuade them to donate again <br>- Giving people external rewards (e.g. stickers or free facial masks) to those who have donated, to let others be aware of the donation drive<br>- TV/Radio ads on the beneficiaries of donating blood <br>- Social Media Challenge (nominate someone on social media to donate blood) <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tissue Paper Auntie<br>Strategies: <br>- dress appropriately so that she looks like she belongs to the same class of bystanders <br>- sell tissue papers at pleasant smelling places with regular flow of crowd - certain parts of a shopping mall (e.g., CBD area during weekdays office hours)<br>- single out individuals instead of waiting for people to go to her <br>- choose appropriate timings (e.g., weekends); avoid peak hours <br>- choose appropriate location (e.g. outside or at entrance of foodcourt during hot weather, outside toilet especially for those that does not provide tissue paper - people will need it)</div>]]></description>

Feel bad - Do good Effect<br>Asking after a conference that is related to health. Through the conference, also amplify  the need for donation (to reduce ambiguity)<br><br>4. Time / Mood<br>Choosing a suitable area to ask <br>Eg. Asking nearby MRT stations whereby people may be in a rush, as compared to a shopping mall where people may be more laid back (chill, enjoying themselves)<br><br>5. Convenience<br>To have donation drives at more central areas/ heartlands/ schools/ community centres where it is more accessible to others </div>]]></description>
