Being in Singapore, we are really fortunate and sometimes, we may take things for granted. Moreover, we may even forget our roots. Therefore, it really motivated me to work with the migrant worker community. Indeed, they have laid the foundation of what Singapore is today with their sweat and hard work. They play a crucial role in Singapore's development. Without a doubt, they deserve the respect of Singaporeans and I appreciate their efforts and contribution to Singapore.
