         <description><![CDATA[<div>The observer must make sense out of a large mass of information and look for;&nbsp;</div><ul><li>frequencies,&nbsp;</li><li>recurring patterns,</li><li>isolating&nbsp; major occurrence,&nbsp;</li><li>discovering which performance indicators were present<br>&nbsp;and which were not.</li></ul><div>After determining the necessary interpretation supervisor must choose what interpersonal approach to use with the teacher in the postconference; directive informational, collaborative, and nondirective approaches to&nbsp; supervision. The supervisor also must consider the individual teacher's level of development, expertise,&nbsp; and commitment in choosing the supervisory approach.</div>]]></description>
