Ils veulent représenter le fait d'avoir de la motivation par de la grimpe c'est pourquoi ils ont choisi une salle d'escalade (Planet Climbing). 
Les invités principaux sont les entreprises partenaires avec qui Qualife travaille. 
C'est un apéro dinatoire qui va permettre de montrer les résultats des travaux évalués par Qualife sur le thème de la motivation pour pouvoir améliorer la participation, stimuler et partager avec les entreprises partenaires.

Ils devront s'occuper de l'entrée, du service et du vestiaire. À l'entrée, ils devront vérifier les pass sanitaires, les tests COVID (badges) et ils devront s'occuper du vestiaire. Ils vont faire le service au bar et avec des plateaux. À la fin ils devront rendre les affaires et ranger la salle.

Faire des recherches auprès de traiteurs issus de l’insertion ou de la formation pour faire des propositions de dîner correspondant au budget 20 à 30 francs/par personne. Faire des recherches sur les standers pour les vestiaires et s'occuper de la gestion des vestiaires. 
Organiser la salle (stocker la  nourriture) faire le service pendant l'évènement. 
Nous devrons nous occuper de l'accueil, ranger et nettoyer la salle après l'évènement.
