   The other advice is that all students should take same amount of money.The good think about this suggestion is that everyone have the same purchasing power so all of them will have equal rights but in my opinion personal expenses of each person might be different.In this case,we could prepare a list of possible expenses and we can ask all attendees to have minimum that amount. If students want to spend their money for other things,they can take more money.
   Third advice of the committee is very good idea because they can be more careful when they explore the areas and they can learn more about the places. Moreover they can read their diaries later and remember their memories during the trip.
    The last suggestion is that students should not explore areas by themselves and I believe that this is good to keep the students in safe. They can get lost or may have trouble when they are alone and it is very hard to take care each students seperatly. If we get lost in a obscure place it could be very dangerous.

But I disagree with the second one, because not everybody's monetary situation is equal. So, i could bring some money but other students can bring more or less.

About the third one, i like to keep a diary for this trip because i'd like to remember all of the good or bad memories of it. But it shouldn't be mandatory. 

And about the last one, i like to explore new places by myself. I don't like to walk somewhere or do something with a crowded group.

My suggestions;
1. All students should see at least 4 places in the travel list.(The list's will be given at first day of the trip)
2. No student is allowed to go against to their teachers.
3.Students can go outside at night with at least 2 friends.
4. At the end of the trip, on behalf of to keep your memories alive, students can post their photos on the blog that we will create for them.

They sleep early. Their periot doesn’t to order distortion. And they have more time for talk, know each other.  On the other hand there is time limit. So students may be unhappy. Because they want go to outside, parties. They will probably want see more place, cafes, malls. But i think we should do that for safety.

The other suggest is “They should all take the same amount.” I think we should do that. Because if will be happen, there is no rich-poor exception. Another avantage is they don’t spend too much money. On the other hand if the countries have high prices, they cant buy presents. They must use credit cards. Parents will be complain. I suggest they should all the same amount but not low or high money.

In my opinion they should keep diary. Because they will enjoy. They will have good memories. Why doesn’t write them for the future? They will not forget this memories. The other advantages is they improve their writing skills. That is a big bonus for them. On the one hand maybe someone dont like writing. Another drawback of if we will give a grade, the last one will be upset. Someone lose self-confidence. So i think they should keep diary but we shouldnt give grade.

I think no students should explore areas by themselves. Because they don’t know the countries. They will be lost probably.  Another drawback of they cant learn historical and cultural information without guide. On the other hand students will be bored with guide. Because they dont want limitation. In my opinion we should find a guide who isnt boring.

 

How about watching cultural and historical film about Poland and Czech Republic after 11 pm? It is so beneficial for students.

I suggest give a party in the hotel before they leave. So they’d get to know each other better.

We should give to the students detailed maps. And they wont be lost.

It’d be a good idea to students wake up early. So they have more free time.

We should look the how is the weather. And we should say to the students.

Students must be in their hotels rooms by 11. p.m each nihgt because we want to regular trip. If everybody come 11 p.m in their hotel rooms, everybody have a rest very well, students go to bed early and they they will be silence.  There are advantages but students want to night club, maybe. This is disadvantage.
Everybody sholuld all take the same amount of spending money. This suggestion is sensible. Everyone has equal rights, in this ways.
They should keep a diary each day of their impressions. This is a good idea for the trip. And keeping diary makes memories unforgettable.
The last suggestion is they should not explore areas by themselves. I dont agree this suggestion because  it's not funny. This way causes the time waste.
My Suggestions:
-Everybody exchange in own money before trip.
-Students should take along camera or photograph machine.
-They should solve the food problem. Take along own food or search food restaurant  in Poland and Czech Republic.
-In my opinion, they should rent a car for explore areas.

1) I think that is very reasoned suggestion. Because students can forget about time while they are exploring city, if you give them no rule about time. And 11 p.m. is a good time offer. Students can learn a bit about night life in the city though even it's not such night time. But for me the best reason for that time is just OK it's because they can sleep around 8-9 hours. That will make them rally. Because of they will trip around the city so much, they will be tired and they will go to sleep. That will block late night noise and unhappy roommateship.
2) That is a funny suggestion. You can not limit people about their spends. By doing that you will cause limiting. Everyone has different point of interest. So, of course every student will spend different amounts. And you have no right to limit them. So, in a nutshell this is a unacceptable suggestion.
3) Well, you can give them a diary to keep but let the one desires to keep it. Because some will take more photos some will take more notes some will talk more with the natives maybe some will just walk more to explore as much as he or she can. I mean, just let them do what they want about their valuable memories. Just show them about your thinking on memories, that they are worthy. And don't try to force them something like a test. Just let them enjoy.
4) I know you are concerned about them to get lost. But why do people have their mobile phones? You can make a connection between. Let them explore aresas by themselves. But to be sure that you can connect with them, make sure they will be grouped. That will make meeting easier. And if someone's battery dies, you can reach the other ones in the group.

My Suggestions
1) I am thinking that if you give them all detailed maps, they can be aware of more places and they will not get lost.
2) In my opinion, start the exploring schedule from the places which is far from hotel. The reason I say this is that the students will get really tired from day to day. So at the last times you will take them close places they will at least not worry about the road time that takes to hotel.
3) Another suggestion of mine is that students should play a game at the last day. Make a list about the historical and catchy places. Split them in groups. And ask if they know them. But don't let them notice before the time you will do it. 
4) My last suggestion is that you should keep the time long while you were exploring as a group. Try to go as much place as a whole.
