One great way of using a QR code is posting a QR code on the wall or board towards the end of the year to gain feedback from the students to better your classroom. The QR code would contain a google form that would remain anonymous to make students feel more comfortable when filling out the feedback form.

I would be able to use a QR in my high school math classroom but using the QR code for a formula sheet for the students to use when doing their homework. I would not let the students use the code for a test, as they would need to have their phone out which is not acceptable.

I could use a QR code in my classroom to provide an answer key on the in class worksheets that I will have the students complete for them to check their answers and work , so that I can still answer questions and walk around.

I could have the students break up in teams and each team has a different QR code with a different word problem for each. The students will solve to problem in teams and the first team to solve it correctly gets the point, and the students will pass the code to the next team, making sure students are doing all the problems at least once.

By using a google form, I could have the students fill out a form about how they feel going into a test to gauge where are the students are at on the topic. In addition students can use a separate QR code after a test to gauge how they feel after taking the test. This way, I could adjust my lessons to help the students feel confident.
