Use personal Google account to open a new Folder to save the E-cert things

Create template e-cert by using Google Slide with correct logo, topic, and date, then upload to personal Google Folder [the template must be in Google Slide format to be able to use Autocrat later]

Download template PDF e-cert from the Google Slide

Go to registration list in ICCCM Google Workspace Drive. Remove duplicated participant. Copy the finalized registration list, then paste to new Google Excel sheet in personal Google Folder (vice versa)

Freeze the first row as header in the Google Excel sheet

Use the Extensions Autocrat in the Google Excel to automatically create all participants' e-cert in PDF (refer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1EyOo1_CA4)

Go to the personal Google Folder where the PDF e-cert is saved. 

Checked all cert okay or not (eg name too long block the training name).

Select all PDF e-cert at once, then click download into laptop, it will be a zip file where all participants' e-cert are in the zip file

Open ICCCM account email

Compose new email: "CC" Moderating Member, "To" all participants, where their email can be found in registration list, then attach the zip file together before send email with caption

Upload the template PDF e-cert, name list used, and zip file to ICCCM Google Workspace Drive, according to the institute folder

Update the History Webinar list https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JUwt8vMwmdeHkYZhvwY2dgxTy8gewvg_mZXe52A8nek/edit#gid=0

You may delete zip file in your laptop, and also the E-cert folder in personal accout, but I suggest to keep the template PDF e-cert Google Slide for future use.
