This theory def fits me, as my schema, is never a solid mold, it is every evolving. I am one that can feel strongly about how I am going about writing out a project, then may see a video and it can 180 change my perception of what and how I am doing it. I have let negative experiences cloud my thoughts or get in the way of my purpose at times, and have had to find a balance of also allowing the good experience to help my purpose and end goals.

I think this goes along with setting goals, if I make out short, and long term goals, then I can monitor the progress I am making towards those goals. I can get more done, as the positive reinforcement I am getting from seeing progress, is a wave I can use to reach set goals, then make new ones that I can start building towards.
