Answer: In any kind of organism, there are many kinds of cells, for every organism, there are different kinds too. Animal cells, plant cells, bacteria and viruses also have different cellular structures as well.
And in the human body there are many kinds of cells that all do different functions that look different and are of different sizes (like a muscle cell and a skin cell)

is there any different among them?

Answer: Yes, a lot of the cells are very different in terms of origin too. For example, the plant cell has a cell wall that the animal cell doesn't. While both have a semi-permeable membrane, the animal cell also lacks a central vacuole.
