The main argument for article 3 is whether or not "To kill a Mockingbird" should still be taught in schools.
The authors reasoning is to show us opinions of people on "To Kill A Mockingbird " and how people feel about the book still being taught in schools today.
I agree that it should still be taught in schools. I feel this way because I feel that it is important for students to see what has happened in the past because of racial discrimination. Even though it may make students think that because they are a girl or black certain things will not be fair. I still believe it is important to show us that we need to be different and learn from our past.

The summary of article 2 is they talk about the the movie and how well it was rated and they talked about how the trail related to the time because a lot of people judged because of the color of their skin. I agree with this because back in the 1960's a lot of people judged or didn't like someone because of the color of their skin and when people were assassinated it brought a lot of attention to racism so this book and movie was brought up in a good time and it related to the actual events that happened in real life.

The main argument for article 2 was telling us how this is a good book and it shows us how Tom is guilty when he was innocent and how the story ends. The authors reasoning for "To KIll a Mockingbird" is that it is a time capsule. I agree with the author because it does show us the liberal pieties of how others got treated.
