It is creative and innovative on looking into the local context of how the 02 interventions can best provide the most appropriate interventions to the youth. But while it is true that there are parameters and boundaries of the project implementation strategy, it is still important to align this to their current situation and needs. That is indeed where the art of of using the PYD framework comes in.
